Winter Celebration 5K- Auburn Backpack Program Benefit Run

Join us for what has become an annual tradition for us at Whiskey Run Creek. This 5K is a FUN run/walk so there is no need to be a marathon runner to join us for this event. Many participants come just to support the cause and to enjoy a stroll through Brownville. All participants will receive a t-shirt and are entered into our door prize drawing upon returning to the warmth of the winery.

The Auburn BackPack Program provides food-filled backpacks to students in need of food over the weekends. It is being supported by a consortium of churches, community organizations, and citizens from Nemaha County in collaboration with the Lincoln Food Bank. It is our privilege each year to do our part by donating all proceeds from the run to this organization that is serving our community.
